The Student Services Department of the Rock Island-Milan School District provides support services to all students in the school community. Services include health, counseling, psychological, social work, speech and language therapy and special education services. The focus of these services is to help students develop a sense of self, to develop confidence in their ability to interact positively with others, to manage conflict in appropriate ways, and to make positive choices.

The goal of the Student Services office is to make sure the Rock Island-Milan School District provides optimum educational programming for students with disabilities that is beneficial for not only the students but their families as well.
