The regular monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Every meeting is open to the public. Meetings are now being held at the River Front Grille meeting room.  Meetings start at about 6:30 pm. (RiverFront Grille 4619 34th St, Rock Island, IL 61201)

 

ANNUAL MEETING: An annual meeting of members is held during May to elect Directors and for any other business that may arise. If for any reason, directors are not elected at the annual meeting, the Board of Directors shall hold an election at a special meeting of the members called as soon as is convenient.

 

SPECIAL MEETING: Special meetings of members may be called by either the President or the Board of Directors or by written request of not less than one-tenth of the voting memberships.
