Monday, May 11- 8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m.
Before arriving, we are asking that each family write their name on a large sheet of paper with the student’s name(s), grade(s) and teacher(s) so pick-up can move quickly. You will show this to the teacher when you arrive.
Pick-Up Plan: Enter through the main parking lot off 9th Street, NOT THE BREAKFAST SIDE. We will communicate with staff the names you have on the card. You will then turn right onto 25th Ave. Pull to the LOWEST number available and open your trunk. We will place items in your trunk.
Returning Items: Any library books or other school property can be placed in the trunk of your vehicle and we will collect them as we give you your student’s bag of personal items. (We will not be collecting Chromebooks.) Passengers will remain in vehicles the entire time you are here for safety purposes.
Student Medication: If your student has medication at the school and you would like to pick it up along with your items, please reach out to our school nurse, Teresa Wassenhove, at [email protected]
