On Thursday, May 18, RIHS Athletic Department will be announcing the James O’Melia Jr. Athletic Award winners. The James O'Melia Jr. Athletic Award is considered the highest honor that Rock Island High School bestows on student-athletes. The student-athletes are selected for athleticism, leadership, honesty, sportsmanship, and character.
