The Rock Island-Milan School District will hold a public hearing at the Board of Education Regular Meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 6:00 p.m., on the approval of an E-Learning program to utilize in lieu of emergency days.

 

According to Section 10-20.56 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5/10-20.56], school districts may, by adopted resolution, utilize "e-learning days" in lieu of emergency days. The Board of Education's approval of the district's e-learning program shall be for a term of 3 years.
