The following RIHS students were recognized by the Board of Education for being selected to participate in this year's ILMEA All-State Festival. Each of these students submitted an audition video. All-State is tentatively set for May 10-13 in Peoria, IL. A decision will be made by Feb. 15 whether ILMEA will move forward in-person event or switch to a virtual event.
