RIMSD#41 is teaming up with School Health Link to offer a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Friday, September 17 at Edison Jr. High (4141 9th St, Rock Island) from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

 

This clinic will be for any interested RIMSD#41 staff or students that are 12-years-old or older. The vaccine being offered is Pzifer. 

 

Any students under 18 will need a parent or guardian with them to sign a consent form.
