Patrick Versluis was approved for hire as principal of Denkmann Elementary and will replace Principal John Frieden, who is retiring at the end of the school year. 

 

Versluis will start with the Rock Island-Milan School District on July 1, 2019. He currently serves as the principal of East Moline’s Wells Elementary. 

 

"We appreciate Principal John Frieden's dedication to the district and wish him well in retirement and are happy to have Mr Versluis join RIMSD #41 as a principal," said Superintendent Dr. Mike Oberhaus.
