Meet the Staff
Supervise and lead all aspects of district-wide human resource functions. Oversee the development and implementation of legally sound and effective human resource management programs, policies, and practices. Provide leadership for human resource activities to ensure high-quality staffing and retention of district personnel. Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs to include professional and auxiliary staffing, wage and salary procedures, leave procedures, performance appraisal (evaluations) processes, employee relations, benefits, and employee communication. Interpret, recommend and develop policies and administrative regulations for the district.
Human Resources Business Partner
Under the direction of the ASHR performs research and data analysis to assess the Human Resources Department's performance and provide guidance. Develop strategies to align processes, resources-planning, salary structures as well as provide support and insight into organizational changes. Translates strategies into actions. Cultivates positive relationships with staff and administrators and is an employee advocate for administrators throughout the school district. IAW the “Employee “Code of Professionalism” Conducts Level 1 investigations for misconduct/misbehavior.
Talent Acquisition Manager
Under the direction of the ASHR, the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) will be the key recruitment and retention strategist that will deliver full life-cycle recruiting i.e., (planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and on-boarding) for a variety of professional positions within the School District. The TAM will identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools, conduct training and establish interviewing criteria as well as participate in the interviewing and selection processes. In order to find and fill positions that require very specific skillsets, the TAM will develop effective recruitment and retention strategies that will focus on long-term human resources and succession planning.
Human Resources Coordinator
Under the direction of the ASHR supports all major functions of the full life-cycle recruitment processes. Prepares, updates, and maintains employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explains and applies human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Ensures all new hire paperwork is completed and processed. Coordinates all other administrative functions as it relates to the human resources department.
Human Resources Assistant/Benefits Coordinator
Under the direction of the ASHR, performs diversified duties following established procedures in multiple areas of human resources. Administers the employee benefits programs and other related programs. Supports the day-to-day operations of all areas in the human resources department. Provides administrative support to the ASHR.
Administrative Center Secretary
Performs diversified duties following established procedures in multiple areas of the Administration Center. Monitors/administers the Aesop system for the absentee program and provides necessary system training. Greets and welcomes all visitors, monitors the administration center switchboard, directs calls and answers general questions. Provides secretarial support by typing general correspondence, data entry and maintains calendars and schedules.
