Our Preschool for All (PFA) program has three classrooms with locations at Horace Mann ELC, Center for Math and Science, and Thomas Jefferson Elementary School. The classes have two sessions each operating from 8:30am - 11:00am and 12:00pm - 2:30pm. Each classroom has two teaching staff and the program has a family educator to work with the teachers and families. The children in these sessions are provided a daily snack during their session. All classrooms are walk-in centers.

 

The Preschool for All program is a high quality program that brings together qualified staff, a proven curriculum and parent involvement to help prepare children for success in school. Preschool for All programs are offered in participating public and private schools, child care centers, community and faith-based organizations, Head Start and other settings.

 

Funded by the Illinois State Board of Education, Preschool for All programs are typically half day and follow school calendars. Preschool for All helps children develop the skills they need to succeed in school and later in life. Programs have been designed to meet the learning and developmental needs of each child aged 3-5. There is no cost to parents.
