New Student Registration

New students to the Rock Island-Milan School District can register online using the links below. Please ensure your browser's pop-up blocker is turned off before you begin.
 
Step 1 Registration Emergency Card >> With this link, you will be completing and submitting your child's demographic and contact information, which will generate a new student ID number. If you are not automatically redirected to Step #2 after submitting Step #1, then use the link below.
 
Step 2 Registration Form >> This link is only used if you were not automatically redirected to it when completing Step 1. With this link, you will be filling out all other required forms (home language survey, guardianship status, etc.). When you submit, you will have the option to pay registration fee online or pay later. The registration fees are listed below for your reference:
 
Elementary K-6: $55
Junior High: $55
High School: $70
 
Step 3 >> Using the registration dates located on the right, go to your child's school building to complete all other registration details (fee waivers, medical records, etc.)
 
All Kindergarten and new students are required to bring Proof of Residency >>
