Online Registration


The Rock Island - Milan School District's new online system for student registration is available!

Using the link provided in the registration email (or in the PDF), you will be able to review and update your child's address and contact information online and download or print any required forms to fill out ahead of time. 

When you go to your child's school building in July, you will complete all other registration details (address verification, medical record updates, etc.).

Please read and follow the steps below to guide you through the process. For an overview of the online verification process, please watch this VIDEO.

Online Verification Steps:

  1. Within the registration form, verify student address, phone number(s), and contacts are correct. Add or modify, as required.
  2. Verify and/or update your child's doctor/dentist info. (optional)
  3. Select the registration fee for your child.
  4. Answer the Yes/No questions:
    1. Check yes or no for the EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION.
    2. Check yes or no for the MEDIA RELEASE FOR 2019.
    3. Read and discuss with your child the STUDENT INTERNET USE document then check yes or no.
    4. Download or print the CODE OF CONDUCT HANDBOOK then check yes to verify you have received the document.
    5. Check yes or no for the EXTRA STUDENT SUPPORT.
  5. Once you have completed the questions, review all information for accuracy, then click on 'I'm Done, Send It.' No changes can be made online after clicking on this. Contact your child’s school for any additional changes.
  6. If paying with a credit/debit card, follow these steps:
    1. Select 'Pay fees with credit card' option which will open a new pop-up screen to remind you of your child's student ID number and the payment amount and that you will be re-directed to a third-party site.  
    2. Click 'Continue' to proceed to the Online Payment Portal in a new window and enter your billing info and payment info and Student ID. You can still refer to the previous window for student ID if needed. 
    3. Click ‘Continue’ to review your information and confirm. You will be reminded that a credit card Convenience Fee will be added to your total.
    4. Click ‘Submit’ to process payment. You can print the resulting page for your records. If you provided email, you will also receive Payment Receipt: Rock Island - Milan School District #41 from
  7. If paying in person, follow these steps:
    1. Select ‘Pay fees later in person'.
    2. Make arrangement for payment or Fee Waiver with your school during July registration. Completed waivers that qualify will be applied to the fee balance.
  8. You will still need to come to the school your child will be attending to submit and verify all other paperwork required for registration completion. To learn what you need to bring, click HERE.

  • Elementary K-6: $55
  • Junior High: $55
  • High School: $70 
You will need your child's Student ID number.
