School Health Link, in cooperation with the Rock Island-Milan School District, will be providing 9th grade physicals at Edison Junior High School in the morning and at Washington Junior High School in the Afternoon on Wednesday, May 16.
Fee is based on income; receipts for insurance reimbursement will be provided. Medicaid will be billed for those who are insured through the program.
