Fundraiser Approval: Board policy 7:235 allows for fundraisers to be held in the Rock Island-Milan School District. All fundraisers must be submitted to the Athletic Director and approved by the Board of Education prior to the fundraising activity or time period. Fundraising Request Form (below) must be filled out and signed by building principal and submitted to the Athletic Director one week prior to a regularly scheduled Board of Education meeting. The Fundraiser Report form must be filled out after the fundraiser has been completed.
