A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Tuesday, March 29 at 11:00 am to celebrate the start of construction for the new Central Administration Facility. The ceremony will take place on the corner of 20th Street and 7th Avenue, adjacent to the building that was formerly Central Jr. High/Lincoln School/ Intermediate Academy.
