Every year Ridgewood Elementary school raises money for Toys for Tots and this year was no exception. 

 

This year the Ridgewood Student Council hosted an electronic luncheon. Students could donate $5 for a phone, tablet, or game gear, $3 for a music player, or a $1 to wear a hat. The students were then allowed to use the electronic devices during their lunch/recess time.

 

The students were able to raise $306! 

 

On December 3, the student council took a trip to Walmart and bought toys then drop the donations off at the donation drive at WQAD.

 

The student council ranged from 2nd grade to 6th grade.
